This writ petition styled as a public interest litigation seeks for a direction upon the respondents to conduct investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation on the respondents on an alleged scam.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted in another writ petition by a learned Single Bench in W.P.A. No.9979 of 2022 (I.A. No. C.A.N. 1 of 2023 and I.A. No. C.A.N. 2 of 2023) vide order dated 21st April, 2023 in respect of two of the districts. 3.

If such be the situation, we cannot entertain this public interest litigation on the same cause of action.

Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of and if advised, the petitioner can seek for intervening in those proceedings to place facts,

which are in his possession and the learned Writ Court is at liberty to consider such an application in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
