The petitioner by the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is praying for a direction over the Central Administrative Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the O.A./350/1795 of 2018.

Therefore, C.O. 1126 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs. It is made clear that dismissal of this application will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the appropriate Division Bench of this Court for similar review.
