Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that initially the petitioner was granted bail which was cancelled by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. He submits that some stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 1319 of 2022 is rejected.
