Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there are civil disputes between the private parties. Police inquired into the matter and found that there is a transaction of sale of a vehicle between the private parties.

In the facts of the present case, since there are civil disputes between the private parties and the police inquired into the complaint, I am not minded to interfere any further by way of a writ petition. W.P.A. 6853 of 2020 is disposed of.
