Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners seek to withdraw the application so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned.
State and the de facto complainant are represented. Petitioner no.1, namely, Suvamoy Sen and petitioner no.3, namely, Sourav Sen were arrested.
In such circumstances, CRM (A) 1659 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous so far as petitioner nos.1 and 3 are concerned. CRM (A)1659 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned.
