Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly with regard to the information which was furnished on or about 26.03.2025.

Since the petitioner claims that he has been thrown out of his property and has been subjected to threat and intimidation, I am of the opinion that after a lapse of time it would not be prudent on the part of this Court to pass a specific direction. If the petitioner files a fresh representation which would be in continuation of the representation dated 26.03.2025 with the Officer-in-Charge, Baguiati Police Station, the concerned Officer-inCharge/Inspector-in-Charge would act in consonance with the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9108 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
