The petitioner complains that a portion of his land has been encroached upon by the Public Works Department authority without his consent.

The State respondents have filed a report wherein they have stated that no road constructions activity shall be taken up beyond the Government land boundary.

The State submits that no portion of the petitioner's land has been encroached upon by the State and the State also does not intend to acquire any portion of the petitioner's land.

In view of such submission of the State no order need be passed in the present application.

Accordingly, WPA 10326 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
