Counsel for the petitioner submits that with the assistance of Officer-in-charge, Mahishadal Police Station, the petitioner has been able to return back and is living there at peace.

The Officer-in-charge, Mahishadal Police Station shall ensure that the private respondents do not disturb the petitioner and shall maintain a regular vigil thereat.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
