Ms. Chandra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents hands over photocopy of a letter of the petitioner addressed to the Block Development Officer Mathurapur-II Block wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has expressed his desire to withdraw the instant writ petition as his claim in the present writ petition has been settled.

The said letter is kept on record.

In view of such development of the matter there is no need to keep the writ petition pending and is accordingly disposed of.

The connected application being CAN 5910 of 2020 is also disposed of accordingly.
