Kutubuddin ... ... for the State Petitioner submits that there is no direct evidence implicating the petitioner in the murder. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was last seen with the victim. Incriminating articles were recovered on the leading statement of petitioner. FSL report also shows bloodstains on the recovered items. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
