1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in May, 2023 in CRM (NDPS) 957 of 2023. By the said order trial court was directed to conclude trial within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. The said timeframe has not expired as yet. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner either on merits or on the ground of delay in trial .
