1. This matter is put up for necessary correction in the cause title of the order dated 10th March, 2025 passed in CO 1253 of 2023.

2. The name of the petitioner in the cause title instead of "Sudipta Sanfui"

it has been inadvertently typed "Sudipata Sanfui". It should be read as "Sudipta Sanfui".

3. Let this correction be incorporated by the department in the cause title of the order.

4. Other contents of the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for extension of depositing the special messenger costs which has expired. The same is extended for one week from date.
