The writ petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the Kharagpur Town Police Station. It is submitted that the private respondent is threatening the petitioner.

The complaint dated 10.04.2021 is extremely vague and does not provide any particulars of alleged threat by the private respondent.

It is submitted that the said private respondent, Kamal Kumar Jain is residing at "Jain Jalsha", 31 North Avenue, West Punjabi Bag, New Delhi. Since the said person is absconding and accused in various other criminal cases, the O. C., Kharagpur Town Police Station may take note of the aforesaid particulars of the said person in accordance with law.

The complaint of the petitioner is vague. Hence, there is no inaction on the part of the Kharagpur Town Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.
