Learned counsel appearing for the parties on conscientious submit that, the issue involved in this writ petition was a challenge to a notification enhancing the marks of the Post Graduate degree for the post of Head Masters/Head Mistress. Such issue has already been conclusively decided by a coordinate Bench in a cluster of writ petitions, inter alia, Pranati Aguan Vs. State of West Bengal and Ors. in WPA 21174 of 2017.

Mr. Bari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that till date there is no appeal carried out.

In view of the above, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that, in the light of the said decision this writ petition can be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 8738 of 2018 stands disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of consequently.
