However, in the interest of justice I am disposing of the writ-petition by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated January 29, 2019 made by the petitioner before him, claiming payment of arrears, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and to communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 8140 of 2019 is disposed of.
