This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No. 137 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Alipore, South 24Parganas. 2.

Dr. Patra, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to the order dated January 06, 2026 and submits that the petition for removal of Commissioner had been heard in full on that day and the next date was fixed for passing orders. It is submitted that the case has been repeatedly adjourned thereafter. 3.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along

with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard Dr. Patra, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Alipore, South 24Parganas to dispose of the pending application that was heard on January 06, 2026 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a month from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.137 of 2021 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.

C.O. 1377 of 2026 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
