Record reflects that learned Sessions Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas granted anticipatory bail with certain directions for releasing the petitioner..

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present application for cancellation of bail being CRM 3804 of 2008 is dismissed.
