It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they have been unable to effect service and seek an adjournment on that ground.

It is obvious that the petitioner is neither diligent nor serious in proceeding with the writ petition. There are no grounds for non service of this writ petition for more than 2 (two weeks). The petitioner has been casual and indolent in pursuing this petition.

WPA 9791 of 2026 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause, if so advised.
