For the petitioner Mr. Pralad Chandra Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the writ petitioner and submits that this writ petition has already been disposed of by an order dated April 22, 2015. The petitioner had filed a contempt petition since the said order was not complied. The said contempt application is still pending. In view of the above, this writ petition no. WPA 7862 of 2011 is directed to be struck of from the list of this Court and this writ petition be shown as disposed of forthwith.

Since the contempt application is pending, the records pertaining to this writ petition may be placed before the appropriate Court where the said contempt application may be adjudicated. The said record may be sent forthwith.
