The petitioners pray for adjournment of the matters today.

Several adjournments have been taken on the ground of the petitioners in these matters earlier and by an order passed on 20th April, 2023, adjournment was allowed as a last chance.

Considering the conduct of the petitioners as appears from the record, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are no longer interested in proceeding with these matters any further.

Accordingly, the writ petitions being WPA 4121 of 2022 along with WPA 8148 of 2019 are dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
