The petitioner as a septuagenarian prays for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.130 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Tamluk.

According to the petitioner, after seven years from filing of the suit, the written statement was filed. Thereafter long dates had been fixed for hearing of the suit. The evidence of P.W.s, is over according to the learned Advocate. Having considered the age of the petitioner and the age of the suit, this Court is of the view that justice would be sub served by directing the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Tamluk to dispose of the Title Suit No.130 of 2018 within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the suit. An order of expeditious disposal of any litigation enures to the benefit of all the parties. Hence, prior service of this revisional application upon the opposite parties, is not required.

The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law and independently.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party, along with the server copy of this order.
