Petitioner is aggrieved by the repossession of the vehicle at the behest of the private respondent nos.4 and 5.

Mr. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State submits a report. Report reflects that T.S. no.116 of 2025 has already been preferred before the learned civil court. Having considered that the civil court is already in seisin of the issue particularly with regard to the contentions of the petitioner regarding the illegal act and activities of the financial companies, I am of the view that it would be the domain of the civil court to decide the issue as the relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents arose out of a hire purchase agreement.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9456 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
