Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick ... for the respondent no.2 Mr. Ujjal Ray, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner and submits that inadvertently some typographical errors have crept in while preparing the writ petition and hence he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Ray files a letter dated August 22, 2021 which he has received from the writ petitioner. The same is taken on record.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh with better particulars on the self-same cause of action.
