Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are material change in circumstances. He submits that there are at best circumstantial evidence involving the petitioner in the incident. He refers to the injury of the victim. He submits that such injury cannot cause death to the victim. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection. The contentions raised by the petitioner earlier were considered and rejected by the order dated December 20, 2021 as well as February 4, 2022.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM (DB) 1325 of 2022 is rejected.
