...for the State 1) In terms of the order dated 20th May, 2025, a report is filed dated 11th June, 2025 on behalf of the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance being respondent no.4 enclosing copy of pension payment order dated 30th May, 2025, which are taken on record. 2) On perusal of the report it appears pension payment order was issued on 30th May, 2025 for releasing family pension in favour of the petitioner.

3) In view of issuance of pension payment order, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
