The objection which has been filed by the petitioners annexed at page 22 of the writ petition is absolutely vague. The description of the alleged unauthorized construction has not been mentioned in the said representation.

Accordingly, leave is granted to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the Gram Panchayat giving details of the unauthorized construction made by the private respondents. In the event, such a representation is made, the Toryal Gram Panchayat through its Pradhan shall consider the same and take a decision in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
