It appears that the D.L.I.T. has carried out an inspection and found that no school ever existed in the name of Kalinagar Junior High School. Order dated 29th July, 2022 is itself an explanatory.

The petitioner is at liberty to take steps against this order.

No further order need be passed in the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped and rule is discharged.

Report of the D.L.I.T. is to be handed over to the petitioner.
