The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2014. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 12th March, 2014 when the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the respondents. It is further directed that the matter would appear in the monthly list of 2014. Again on 6th August, 2014 the matter was listed but the petitioner did not take any step.

The learned advocate for the petitioner remained absent. However, on the prayer of the State the matter was adjourned. Subsequently, on 22nd August, 2014 also the writ petitioner was not represented. The conduct of the writ petitioner suggests that he is not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
