Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 surrendered before the jurisdictional Court and obtained bail and therefore, the petition may be dismissed as not pressed on their behalf.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed on behalf of the petitioner Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6. So far as the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 concerned, considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the police submitted charge-sheet and considering the fact that the other co-accused are on bail, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Nos.1 and 2.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for trial and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 3639 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
