By drawing attention of this Court to the order dated 17th December 2024, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had chosen to withdraw the instant revisional application with liberty to file afresh. Unfortunately, no liberty had been granted by this Court to take back the certified copy of the order no. 33 dated 3rd January 2024. He, therefore, seeks leave to take back the certified copy of the aforesaid order.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and considering the fact that liberty has been granted to the petitioner to withdraw the aforesaid revisional application and to file afresh on the self-same cause of action, I am of the view that the petitioner may be permitted to take back the certified copy of the order dated 3rd January 2024 subject to filing of the photocopy of the same.
