1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. She had committed suicide within eight months of marriage. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the in-laws who have been granted pre-arrest bail.

3. In view of the primary role played by the petitioner-husband in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
