He is the Chartered Accountant of the loanee of the loan agreement in question.

It appears that the petitioner was granted interim bail on May 19, 2021, in view of his detention in the custody for about 40 days.

It has been submitted by Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

I am of the opinion that there is no need for further custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by the order of May 19, 2021, is confirmed on the same terms and conditions, as mentioned in the said order. The application for bail being CRM 3643 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
