The petitioner alleges that the order of this court has not been complied with by the alleged contemnors.

Learned counsel for the CESC Limited appearing in the matter seeks a copy of the contempt application and points out that a wrong address was given by the petitioner, which led to confusion among the parties.

Moreover, a further writ petition has been filed by the private respondents in the previous writ petition which is now pending and affidavits have been directed in that regard.

In order to bring on record all relevant facts, the petitioner is directed to serve copies of the contempt application on the alleged contemnors

including the learned Advocate appearing for the CESC Limited.

An affidavit-of-service regarding such service shall be filed on the next returnable date.

The alleged contemnors shall file their affidavits-inopposition within a fortnight from date. Reply, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter. 7.

The matter shall be listed on February 9, 2024 for hearing.
