AD 19 May 2, 2025 Ct. 28 SG CRM(A) 1412 of 2025 Reject An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Raghunathganj P.S. Case No.640 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 under Sections 498A/302/304B of the IPC and under Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Ms. Baisali Basu Ms. Sanjida Sultana ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to surrender before the learned trial court and pray for bail. Learned counsel for the State submits that there are incriminating materials available in the case diary and a proclamation has been issued against the petitioner. In view of the materials available in the case diary and the fact that order of proclamation has been issued against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
