Considering the fact that the petitioner is a resident of Patna and considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet and considering the fact that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner, the condition of the anticipatory bail dated October 8, 2021 requiring the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further orders is relaxed.

All other conditions of the order dated October 8, 2021 will remain the same.

Report submitted in Court be taken on record. CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
