On June 13, 2022, when the matter was called on for the second time, none appeared for the parties. Even today, when the matter is called on for hearing, none appears for the petitioner, although the State is represented through counsel.

Hence, it does not appear that the petitioner is interested to move the matter.

Accordingly, WPA No.8887 of 2022 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs.
