The instant writ petition has been filed in April 2025 seeking permission to appear in the selection process for recruitment of assistant teachers conducted by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

It appears that the written test of the selection process was conducted way back in September 2025 and result thereof has also been published. At this stage, there is hardly any scope to entertain the writ petition.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance and a fresh cause of action arises, it will be open for her to approach the competent

forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
