Petitioners before us are named in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which suggests that, the petitioners are involved in alluring unsuspecting members of the public on promise of government job and extracting money from them. Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will send a wrong signal to the society. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
