Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya Ms. Anita Shaw .....for the petitioner Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC The writ petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher based on the selection process i.e. 1st SLST 2016 (Classes XI and XII).

It has been jointly submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties that the entire selection process of SLST 2016 (Classes IX, X, XI and XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In the present case, writ petitioner has prayed for transfer from her present school to another school which is nearby to her place of residence.

Since petitioner was appointed on the basis of selection process of SLST 2016 (Classes

XI and XII) at present no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed, without any order as to costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
