1. By the impugned order learned single judge has merely directed the appropriate authority to consider the grievance of the appellant-writ petitioner with regard to the unauthorized construction made in the property. Owners and developers were prevented from creating third party interest till decision was taken by the corporation.

2. As no final decision has been taken and the appellants are at liberty to agitate their grievances before the appropriate statutory authority, we do not consider it necessary to interfere with the order impugned.
