Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain ....for the petitioners Md. Habibur Rahman ...for the de facto complainant Mr. Partha Pratim Das Mr. Shashanka Shekhar Saha ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. A fight took place between two groups out of previous grudge. The learned Session Judge allowed anticipatory bail to four other co-accuseds.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the injury reports and the statements of the victims and other witnesses. He submits that there was a stab injury so deep that the guts came out. Other than that there was a fracture injury on the rib of a victim.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
