Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and draws the attention of this Court to the injury report and to the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C. Considering the nature of injuries and considering the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C., we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
