The District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas has already passed an order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

The allegation of the bank that their application has been kept pending since long is no more available, but it appears that there is a typographical mistake in the order, which requires correction. The order of the District Magistrate concerned is taken on record. The Bank is at liberty to approach the District Magistrate for correction of the order. Such correction, if justified, shall be incorporated in the order within a month from the bank's request. The writ petition is disposed of.
