The petitioner joined the new school, namely, Bani Niketan R. M. Vidyalaya, Purba Burdwan on 06.03.2019 upon transfer recommended by the School Service Commission. The petitioner was not paid salary from 06.03.2019 till 31.03.2019. She was paid salary on 1st April, 2019. The petitioner applied for release of the dues for the unpaid period before the School and the School has forwarded her request for release to the D. I. of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan.

The said application is pending consideration before the D. I. of Schools(SE), Purba Burdwan.

In those circumstances, the D. I. of Schools(SE), Purba Burdwan shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's application positively within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
