1. Affidavit of service is taken on record.

2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking refund of Rs. 7,82,282/- and amount of Rs.

17,70,000/- which the petitioner alleges to have illegally taken as foreclosure charges on the term loan and overdraft credit loan.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already approached the Ombudsman, but no decision has yet been rendered on his complaint. He seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, as similar prayers have been made therein. He states that he will await the decision of the Ombudsman and will pursue legal remedies only after the Ombudsman has decided his complaint. He does not wish to press the present petition at this stage

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
