The petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of the trial. It has been informed that the next date has been fixed for consideration of charge, which is on 1st February, 2022. In view of the aforesaid, the learned special court is directed to overcome the stage of consideration of charge on 1st February, 2022 or within a month thereafter. If the charges are framed against the present petitioner, the learned court is further directed to expedite the progress of the trial of the case keeping in mind the period of time the petitioner is in custody. All steps must be taken to complete the trial within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1273 of 2021 is disposed of.
