In the 4th page 6th line, 12th line and 17th line of the judgment dated 29th January, "respondent Nos. 1 to 4" shall be read as "respondent Nos. 1 to 3".

In the 4th page 7th line of the judgment dated 29th January, 2025 "balance amount of Rs.

16,00,000/-"

shall be read as "entire compensation amount of Rs. 17,74,410/-".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 29th January, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
