1. Pursuant to our earlier direction, Investigating Officer is personally present before this court. His presence is noted and dispensed with.

2. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim identified the accused persons. Before Magistrate she made statement implicating the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
