Mr. Rana Mukherjee, Ld. APP Ms. Kanchan Roy ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. A scuffle took place between two groups of villagers. The petitioners have not committed the alleged offences. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State refers to the statements of witnesses and to the injury report which shows a grievous injury.

In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary as against the present petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
