1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR tribunal to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 3rd April, 2026 passed by the Electoral Registration Officer by deleting the names of the petitioners from the electoral role.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners for a direction upon the Appellate Authority for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioners.

4. In view of the above, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners dated 9th April, 2026 as early as possible.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
